Whenever I submit something, it's quality goes to shit and doesn't look as it did previously. I have GIMP and Photoshop (like CS2 version), but smoothing and rendering to make it look better isn't my forte. They look fine completely beforehand, but once I submit them to deviantART their quality hits the fan.
